Ingredients:
Candied Walnuts
½ cup walnut halves, slightly broken
1 tablespoon Ambrosia Honey
1 tablespoon Madhava Organic Light Agave
Nectar
¼ teaspoon salt
Honey Stilton Cheese
1 ( 5-ounce) wedge Stilton blue cheese, room
temperature
2 tablespoons Ambrosia Honey, or more if
needed

Directions:
Candied Walnuts
Mix walnuts with all other ingredients and spread mixture in a
single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for
15 minutes or until nuts start to brown. Cool slightly on foil,
then transfer nuts to a clean area of foil to cool completely.
Store in an airtight container.
Honey Stilton Cheese
Place cheese in center of a serving platter or cheese board.
Drizzle Ambrosia Honey over cheese, using enough honey to allow it
to drip down sides of cheese onto platter.
Sprinkle Candied Walnuts over cheese and on the platter around the
cheese. Serve with plain water crackers.
