Madhava Organic Agave Nectar is a pure and naturally-occurring sweetener made from the juice (aguamiel) of the agave plant. Organic and kosher certifications make agave nectar very versatile and suitable for nearly all sweetening uses including as a maple syrup replacement, in baking, with coffee or tea, and as a sauté drizzle.

Agave is gluten- and allergen-free, and has a low Glycemic Index, so you can avoid energy spikes with other sugars. Because agave is 1.4 times sweeter than sugar you can use less and reduce calories - making agave a healthy, easy, natural choice!
